TAIZHI Smart Factory covers a site area of around 56,000 m² with a total building area of approximately 60,000 m². It features 12,000 m² of class 100,000 sterile cleanrooms, 20,000 m² of intelligent storage workshops, and 5,000 m² of large-scale sterilization facilities. The complex also includes 10,000 m² for R&D and living spaces, 3,000 m² of class 10,000 testing labs, and a 10,000 m² comprehensive office building.

The bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of Taizhimedical masks complies with the YY 0469-2011 standard for Medical Surgical Masks. This performance is ensured through accurate dual-path simultaneous sampling, which verifies compliance with national requirements.
FFZ2372 Respiratory Resistance Tester
These masks are fully compliant with the GB 2626-2019 and GB/T 32610-2016 standards for daily protective masks. They achieve the required protective performance while meeting the specified inhalation and exhalation resistance limits, ensuring strict adherence to all national regulatory requirements.
Tensile Testing Machine
This equipment is designed to test the tensile strength of mask ear loops, verifying their compliance with national standards.
GC112N Gas Chromatograph
The gas chromatograph is employed to determine residual ethylene oxide in sterilized products, ensuring compliance with the national standards GB 19083-2010, YY 0469-2011, and YY/T 0969-2013.
BHC-1300IIA/B2 Bio-Safety Cabinet
The Bio-Safety Cabinet provides Class 100 clean air protection for microbiological work. Featuring HEPA filtration and laminar airflow, it ensures sterile conditions while safeguarding operators and samples. SW-CJ-1D Purified Station
