The SF Series protective suits are designed for different risk levels, covering medical isolation, virus protection, and light chemical liquid splash protection. All models use highly breathable composite film materials to balance safety and comfort.
YS0010 and YS0011 are Class II Medical Devices (second-class medical equipment), suitable for clinical medical staff who may come into contact with infectious blood, body fluids, or secretions.
YS0012 meets Type 5/6 European standards for industrial protective clothing, resisting most light chemicals and acidic liquids.

3️⃣ YS0012/SF Breathable Film Protective Suit (Light Chemical · Type 5/6)

Design
Hooded one‑piece, front zipper, no pockets (avoids liquid pooling). Elastic bands at wrists, ankles and waist for a snug fit. Soft material, low noise.

Material
Non‑toxic breathable microporous film + particle barrier layer. Resists most light chemicals and acidic liquids (e.g. diluted acids, alkalis, alcohol, disinfectants). Meets Type 5 (solid particles) and Type 6 (limited liquid splash) standards.

Application
Industrial cleaning, chemical handling, lab support, pharmaceutical workshops, food processing (non‑contact), general contamination control – not for blood/body fluid exposure. Not for surgery or high‑risk medical procedures.

Wearing Instructions & Precautions

Before wearing

Check that the package is intact and within expiry date.

Inspect the suit for tears, holes or defective seams.

For YS0010/YS0011 in medical use, always combine with medical mask, goggles/face shield, gloves, etc.

Donning sequence (standard)

Put on hood → wear the suit → close zipper and adhesive flap → adjust cuffs and foot covers / trouser cuffs for a good fit.

Limitations during use

YS0010/YS0011 – Not for immersion in liquids, high‑pressure liquid jets, or high‑risk surgical procedures.

YS0012 – Not for contact with concentrated strong acids/alkalis, organic solvents, or open flames.

All models are single use only – do not wash or reuse.

Doffing & disposal

Roll off inside out to avoid contaminating skin.

Dispose as infectious medical waste or industrial hazardous waste according to local regulations.

A: No. YS0012 is not designed for medical fluid barrier. Frontline epidemic protection should use YS0010/YS0011.

Q3: Is the suit breathable? Will it be hot for long wear?
A: All SF models use breathable film technology with good MVTR (moisture vapour transmission rate). However, any protective suit may feel stuffy in hot/humid conditions. Recommended to change every 4 hours and rest.
